At Conscious Shift, we support the emotional wellbeing of women and individuals assigned female at birth through all stages of life. Our approach is thoughtful, respectful, and grounded in the belief that your experience deserves to be met with insight and sensitivity.

Each season of life brings its own emotional landscape. From early adulthood to perimenopause and beyond, our therapy services are here to support you through the transitions, complexities, and quiet longings that shape your inner world.

Clients come to us for many reasons—low mood, anxiety, identity shifts, or a sense of disconnection. We also work with reproductive mental health, fertility and IVF journeys, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, grief after miscarriage or birth trauma, and the relational layers that surround these experiences.

If you’re navigating perimenopause or menstrual mood changes like PMDD, we offer space to unpack the emotional, cognitive, and physical shifts that can feel confusing or destabilising. These hormonal changes are often under-recognised, yet they deserve compassionate understanding and tailored support.

For those living with chronic pain or conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, or autoimmune illness, we provide whole-person care that holds both the emotional toll and the lived experience of being in a body that doesn’t always feel predictable or understood.

We also support clients experiencing burnout, medical gaslighting, or the mental load of caregiving, parenting, and professional demands. When you're holding everything for everyone else, therapy can be a space that's just for you.

Our work gently includes themes of body image, self-worth, sexuality, and identity across time. Together, we can begin to unlearn inherited expectations and reconnect with your own rhythm, voice, and needs.
