Hi there, I’m Isabella. I’m an Australian registered psychologist with a Master’s in Health Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychological Science with First Class Honours. My passion is helping people like you find balance, peace, and a deeper connection to themselves.
I’ve worked in a variety of settings—from the calming shores of community services to a bustling practice in the heart of the city—and now, I’m here to meet you wherever you are, bringing that same sense of calm and care into our sessions. I believe in therapy that’s tailored just for you, blending practical strategies with a gentle, mind-body approach to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with grace.
Outside of our sessions, you’ll often find me on my yoga mat, meditating, or enjoying the company of those I hold dear. I’m also an avid listener of audiobooks and podcasts, and I love getting cozy with a good Netflix series—if you have any favorites, I’m all ears!

Telehealth Sessions
Connect from the comfort of your own space via video or audio-only—whichever feels best for you.
How to Book: Book online via the Client Portal. Select "Book Now" and choose your session type (e.g., MHCP or Private) and timing (Standard Hours: 7 AM – 4 PM or Outside Standard Hours: 4 PM – 8 PM).

Using a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP)
If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, it can be used for eligible sessions.
Booking Instructions:
Ensure you select an MHCP session type when booking through the Client Portal.
Email us a copy of your MHCP prior to your first session.
Medicare Rebate: A receipt will be provided so you can claim your rebate with Medicare. Keep track of how many sessions you’ve used, as a GP review is required after six sessions.

Session Format
Telehealth: Attend your session online via video or audio.
In-Person: Meet face-to-face at one of the following locations:
Grange (3 Beach Street, Grange, 5022): Requires booking via email.
Healing Arts Studio (HAS) (149 Wright Street, Adelaide, 5000): Book online via the Client Portal.
Time of Day
Standard Hours (7 AM – 4 PM): Select this option for appointments during standard business hours.
After-Hours (4 PM – 8 PM): Select this option for appointments outside standard hours.
Session Type
Private Client (self-funded): For clients paying without a referral.
MHCP Client (Mental Health Care Plan): For clients using a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP. Email us a copy of your MHCP prior to your session.

Bookings are managed via email only.
Availability is Fridays, 9 AM – 5 PM.
Flexible options are available—email us to arrange a time.
Healing Arts Studio (HAS) (149 Wright Street, Adelaide, 5000):
Appointments can be booked online via the Client Portal.
Access: A door code will be emailed to you in your booking confirmation to access the building.
Payment & Billing
Payment Processing:
Payments are processed automatically using the card you provide at booking. After your session, payment will be charged, and a receipt will be sent for your records.
Receipts can be used for Medicare rebates or private health claims.
Third-Party Payments (NDIS or Employer-Funded):
If a third party (e.g., NDIS or your employer) is covering the cost, we can send an invoice directly to them.

Taking care of your mental and emotional wellbeing is a meaningful investment. Below are our session fees:
Standard Fees
Individual Sessions (In-Person or Telehealth)
Standard Hours (7 AM – 4 PM): $220 per 50-minute session
After-Hours (4 PM – 8 PM): $240 per 50-minute session
Couples Therapy
Standard Hours (7 AM – 4 PM): $230 per 50-minute session
After-Hours (4 PM – 8 PM): $250 per 50-minute session
Subsidised Fees
We offer a limited number of reduced-rate slots to support clients experiencing financial hardship.
These slots are limited and subject to availability.

Rebates & Payment Options
Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP):
If you have an MHCP from your GP, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for eligible sessions conducted in Australia. Rebates are available for both In-Person and Telehealth sessions when your practitioner is working from their usual office.Private Health Insurance:
If you have private health cover, you may be able to claim for psychology services. Please check with your insurer for details.Payments:
We are not a bulk billing clinic. Full payment is required on the day of your session. Payments can be set up for automatic processing via card, and a receipt will be provided for Medicare or private health insurance claims.
Remote Sessions
When your practitioner is working remotely, fees and rebates may differ. You will be notified in advance of any changes, and we’ll work with you to accommodate your financial needs where possible.
Cancellation Policy
Late cancellation fees apply for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

Life happens, and I understand the need for flexibility. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, here’s how it works:
Rescheduling or Cancellation (No Fee):
Cancellations or rescheduling are free if made at least 48 hours (business days) prior to your appointment.
Business days refer to Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a $70 fee.
No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled session or failing to attend your appointment will incur a $120 fee.
Compassionate Consideration:
If you’re facing significant barriers to attending your session, please reach out. We’re happy to work together to find a solution that supports your wellbeing.

Confidentiality: What we discuss stays between us, except in situations where disclosure is legally required (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others, or a court order).
Data Protection: Telehealth sessions use secure, encrypted platforms to protect your privacy. All personal information and session notes are stored securely in line with privacy regulations.
Your Rights: You can access your records, request corrections, and understand how your information is used. If you have any concerns, please reach out so we can address them together.

I believe that therapy should be accessible to those who need it. For clients with financial hardship, I offer a limited number of subsidised rates for individual therapy, subject to availability.
$170 AUD (approx. $110 USD / €100 EUR)
