Hi there, I’m Isabella. I’m an Australian registered psychologist with a Master’s in Health Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychological Science with First Class Honours. My passion is helping people like you find balance, peace, and a deeper connection to themselves.
I’ve worked in a variety of settings—from the calming shores of community services to a bustling practice in the heart of the city—and now, I’m here to meet you wherever you are, bringing that same sense of calm and care into our sessions. I believe in therapy that’s tailored just for you, blending practical strategies with a gentle, mind-body approach to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with grace.
Outside of our sessions, you’ll often find me on my yoga mat, meditating, or enjoying the company of those I hold dear. I’m also an avid listener of audiobooks and podcasts, and I love getting cozy with a good Netflix series—if you have any favorites, I’m all ears!

Tailored Telehealth Sessions
Your wellbeing is my priority, and I offer flexible telehealth sessions so you can connect with me from the comfort of your own space. Whether you prefer a video call or an audio-only session, we can create an environment that feels right for you. Just let me know your preference when booking or send a quick email to my admin team, and we’ll set it up.In-Person Sessions
While telehealth is my primary format, I understand that some clients may prefer the connection of in-person sessions. If you’re interested in meeting face-to-face, let’s explore availability together. These sessions are offered on a limited basis, depending on my current location and schedule. When I’m in My Usual Office:
Session Availability: I offer both face-to-face and telehealth sessions from 9 am to 4 pm, with some after-hours appointments to accommodate your schedule. If you prefer an in-clinic session, please email me directly to arrange a time that suits you.
Using Your MHCP: If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, I accept this to help cover your session costs. After each session, you'll receive a receipt to claim your rebate directly with Medicare. It's important to track the number of sessions used under your MHCP and inform me when you're nearing the limit or need to renew/extend your plan for uninterrupted care (at 6 sessions you will need a review).
Flexible Payment Options: You have the option to switch between using an MHCP and private insurance for different sessions. However, please note that you can't use both for the same session.
When I’m Outside My Usual Office:
Session Availability: When I'm working remotely, I shift my focus to offering primarily evening sessions. This allows for greater flexibility and is perfect for those who need support outside of typical work hours. Whether you're winding down from the day or have a quiet moment to focus on yourself, these evening sessions are tailored to fit seamlessly into your routine.
Flexible Payment Options: During this time, MHCPs cannot be used. However, private health insurance can still be accessed to cover the cost of your sessions. Understanding the need for accessible care, I’ve readjusted my fees during this period to ensure you can continue receiving support without added financial stress.
Continued Care: Even though the structure may change, my commitment to providing consistent and high-quality care remains the same. You can count on the same level of personalized support, whether in the usual office setting or during remote sessions.

Standard Fees
Investing in your mental and emotional wellbeing is a powerful step. My session fees are structured as follows:
In-Office or Telehealth (Standard Hours): $220 per 50-minute session
After-Hours In-Office or Telehealth (from 4 pm): $240 per 50-minute session
For clients with private health insurance, reimbursement may be available depending on your level of cover. Please check directly with your provider to see if psychological services are included under your plan. After each session, I will provide an invoiced receipt for submission to your insurer.
Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP): If you have a valid MHCP from your GP, rebates apply to standard in-office and telehealth sessions conducted within Australia. Please note that MHCP rebates are not available for services provided while I am working remotely.
Subsidised Fees
I understand that everyone’s financial situation is unique, and I’m committed to making therapy accessible. I offer a limited number of subsidised slots at reduced rates:
$149 per 50-minute session
$129 per 50-minute session
These subsidised slots are based on current availability.
Couples Therapy Fees
For couples therapy, my session fees are as follows:
Standard Rate: $245 for a 50-minute session
After-Hours Rate (from 4 pm): $260 for a 50-minute session
Payment and Insurance
Payments are processed at the time of your session. I accept card payments, which can be handled automatically if your details are securely stored in the system. After your session, you will receive an invoiced receipt, which can be submitted to your private health insurer for reimbursement, depending on your level of cover. Please check with your insurer to confirm if mental health services are included in your policy.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If that happens, I just ask that you let me know as soon as possible.Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule your session up until 9am the business day before your appointment without any fees.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations after this time will incur a $70 fee, and no-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment will incur a $120 fee.
Communication: If you’re facing barriers to attending your sessions, please reach out. We can work together to find a solution that supports your journey.

Your privacy and confidentiality are at the heart of our work together. Whether we’re meeting in-person or online, you can trust that your personal information and the content of our sessions will remain private.Confidentiality: What we discuss stays between us, unless there’s a legal obligation to disclose—such as if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by a court order.
Data Protection: For telehealth sessions, I use secure, encrypted platforms to protect your data. All personal information, including session notes, is stored securely and in compliance with privacy regulations.
Your Rights: You have the right to access your records, request corrections, and understand how your information is used and stored. If you ever have concerns, please don’t hesitate to bring them to me—I’m here to ensure you feel safe and respected.

Couples Therapy at Conscious Shift
At Conscious Shift, I offer couples therapy sessions designed to help you and your partner(s) deepen your connection, navigate challenges, and build a stronger, more fulfilling relationship. Whether you’re seeking to improve communication, resolve conflicts, or simply reconnect, these sessions provide a supportive, affirming space for growth and exploration.
Evidence-Based Approach with the Gottman Method Our sessions are grounded in the world-renowned Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, an evidence-based approach developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. Based on over 40 years of research into the foundations of healthy relationships, the Gottman Method equips couples with tools to repair, rebuild, and rejuvenate their bond.
Session Structure and Focus Areas In the initial assessment phase:
First Session: We meet as a couple to explore your relationship’s development, identifying strengths and current challenges.
Individual Sessions: Each partner then attends a one-on-one session, providing insight into personal history, perspectives, and expectations.
Goal-Setting Session: We reconvene as a couple to create tailored treatment goals and map a clear course for your therapeutic journey.
From here, we work on developing practical skills to manage conflict, foster intimacy, and deepen emotional connection. The journey often extends to exploring shared values and goals that contribute to a stable, fulfilling partnership.
Inclusive and Affirming Practice Conscious Shift is an LGBTQIA+ affirming and inclusive practice where all are welcome, regardless of relationship structure. Whether you’re in a monogamous, polyamorous, or another type of partnership, I provide a safe space for you to explore relationship issues, resolve conflicts, and set meaningful goals—both individually and together.

That’s why I’ve established a transparent pricing structure tailored to international clients, with fees reflecting the premium level of care and flexibility provided. Pricing for International Clients
Individual Therapy Sessions: $220 AUD (approx. $140 USD / €130 EUR)
Couples Therapy Rate: $245 AUD (approx. $155 USD / €143 EUR)
Subsidised Rates for Individual Therapy To make services more accessible, I offer a limited number of subsidised spots for clients who qualify based on financial need and availability:
Subsidised Rate 1: $170 AUD (approx. $110 USD / €100 EUR)
Subsidised Rate 2: $149 AUD (approx. $95 USD / €88 EUR)
Subsidised Rate 3: $129 AUD (approx. $82 USD / €76 EUR)
